The BFI Film Academy is expanding. If you’re and interested in film, or wanting to explore a career in film, we have a range of opportunities, workshops, courses and more. BFI Film Academy offers opportunities for young people, anywhere in the UK to get to know more about film and how you.

The British Film Institute (BFI) is a film and charitable organisation which promotes and preserves filmmaking and television in the United BFI uses lottery funds to encourage film production, distribution, and education. Tier one – the majority of learners come for one-off or introductory learning experiences at BFI Southbank, and many more browse our online education materials. Tier two – education audiences can engage in a learning experience over a sustained period, such as an evening course, a holiday film school or our Cultural Campus programme.

Summer School Programme (Age 3 to 18) A cool summer means a time for young children and teenagers to learn and practice English through lively lessons, art games, sports and fun activities.
